Typically we see your order the same day that you make it.    At which point we start to get your order ready. Yes, that same day!

Our goal is to have your order packaged and in the mail within 1 - 3 business days with all IN STOCK items. 

SHIRTS are stocked in limited quantity.  In the event we need to order more from our supplier, we will send you an e-mail with an expected delivery (to you) date.   If the time frame is not acceptable, we can issue a refund for those specific items or cancel the entire order.  

CUSTOM ORDERS - in the future we will be taking custom orders for the 'Gastroparesis Awareness' design.  These items may take longer than the 1 - 3 business day processing time, as we physically create your product.   As always, we will notify you via e-mail with the expected sipping date and then again when we actually ship the items (with a tracking number, if applicable). 

When the item is in the mail, we send you an e-mail to let you know. At that time we provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking number (if applicable).

All items are being mailed via USPS. The smaller items are sent via regular mail.  If mailed within the US, generally we can get a tracking number.  The larger items (shirts) will be mailed by Priority Mail and you will have a tracking number.

In the event that you want to pay extra for the Priority Mail delivery for the smaller items we send via regular mail, SEND US A MESSAGE and we can adjust shipping PRIOR to your completed order.

NON-USA RESIDENTS.... ALL orders are sent via regular international mail (First Class Post).  The cost for Priority Mail International is very expensive.  If you want a quote, please contact us.   As of mid-November our orders have been taking about 3 weeks to arrive to your door step with regular mail.

DON'T SEE SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL... Contact us for a quote.  With the wide range of products we sell, the weight can very greatly, making setting a flat rate cost for the products not as cost effective as it should be for you.  So we left some blank and ask that you contact us for an accurate price.  All this will be determined BEFORE the final check out process.  So you are not locked into buying anything. 


PRICE is very important to us from the product being economical yet of quality, down to the shipping part of the process.  We physically weigh your total order, then determine what the best way to ship it to you will be based on the amount we received for shipping (less administrative fees).  If we can upgrade your order to priority mail rather than standard, we do so (rather than keep that extra amount for ourselves).  The bottom line is that we do all that we can to stretch your dollar so that those with a limited budget can do their part to advocate with awareness products.  We want what is best for YOU.
